  • The Off Duty Edit is designed for anyone who wants strong, thoughtful movement without needing a full studio setup.

    It’s ideal for:

    • People travelling or on holiday

    • Those wanting effective workouts

    • Anyone wanting to maintain strength and mobility consistently

    You don’t need to be advanced - just willing to move.

  • Most classes are 20-40 minutes, making them easy to fit into your day.

  • No equipment is needed for Vol 0.1.

    Some sessions may optionally use simple items like:

    • Pilates Ball

    • Resistance Band

    • Hand Weights

    But every class can be completed without equipment.

  • Each Off Duty Edit will vary. The number of classes included will be specified on the “Edits” page.

  • Once purchased, you will have ongoing access to the Edit pack of classes you have chosen, so you can return to them whenever you need.

  • The classes are accessible but challenging.

    They are designed to help you:

    • Build strength

    • Improve body awareness

    • Move with control
