Most classes are 20-40 minutes, making them easy to fit into your day.

No equipment is needed for Vol 0.1.
Some sessions may optionally use simple items like:

But every class can be completed without equipment.

Each Off Duty Edit will vary. The number of classes included will be specified on the “Edits” page.

Once purchased, you will have ongoing access to the Edit pack of classes you have chosen, so you can return to them whenever you need.
