alt studio was created as a space for thoughtful intelligent movement that fits into real life.
I originally came from a dance background, where I developed a strong understanding of movement, body awareness and control from a young age. Dance taught me discipline, precision and the importance of moving with intention. Values that still shape the way I teach today.
After dance, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training, followed by my pilates teacher training through Barre Body, where I deepened my knowledge of anatomy, strength, rehabilitation principles and intelligent programming. Pilates has become the foundation of how I approach movement, focusing on building strong, balanced bodies that can move well for the long term.
Alt Studio is a combination of all these influences, dance, pilates, strength training and yoga - brought together into a simple, structured online platform.
